What's for dinner

Made Chicken broccoli casserole for the first time. Usually my mom uses fri-chik but since I don't have any I just chicken and it was delicious!

Recipe:
3 chicken breast
2 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (i use mushroom)
1 1/2 cups mayo
2 1/2 tbsp curry powder or more if you like a stronger curry taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 to 3 pieces of bread to make bread cubes

Directions:
Boil chicken breasts to cook. Steam or cook broccoli and set aside.
In a bowl combine soup, mayo, curry powder and cheese. After chicken is cooked, cube and add to soup mixture. Spread in the bottom of a mediumish sized casserole dish. Spread broccoli on top of soup and chicken mixture. Top that with the bread cubes. Cook at 350 degrees until heated through completely. Serve on top of rice. Either brown, white or whatever you prefer.
ENJOY! It's actually quite good cold surprisingly and excellent left over!
