Egg Gravy

This morning I made egg gravy for breakfast. It was quite tasty!



Here is the recipe that I used! Everyone should try it!
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
6 dashes salt
2 tablespoons sugar
4 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:

1 Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
2 Pour in sugar, and stir.
3 Add about half of the flour and 4 eggs, stir it together.
4 Pour in 2 cups of milk.
5 Stirring constantly add salt and remainder of flour slowly.
6 Stir until it comes to consistency like pudding or as thick as you would like.
7 Remove from heat.
8 Serve over biscuits
